روش صحيح استفاده از كاندوم

حتما براي ارتباط جنسي ( آميزش درون مهبل ، مقعد ، دهاني) از كاندوم استفاده كنيد. يك كاندوم نو و تازه، توجه كنيد كه هنگام آميزش آنرا باز و از محفظه مربوط به آن خارج كنيد. هنگامي كه آلت تناسلي شما به حالت نعوذ رسيد و قبل از هرگونه تماس آن با بدن شريك جنسي خود آن را بر روي آلت تناسلي بپوشيد. براي لذت بيشتر قبل از پوشيدن كاندوم ، نوك و سر آلت را كمي با مايع رقيق و يا چرب تر نموده و سپس كاندوم را بپوشيد. ممكنه كه شما از شريك جنسيتان بخواهيد كه كاندوم را او برايتان بر روي آلت جنسي به جهت لذت بيشتر بپوشاند.

	Wrap the condom in a tissue and throw it in the trash where others won't handle it. (Don't flush condoms down the toilet because they may cause sewer problems). Afterwards, wash your hands with soap and water.
